Der elektrische Aktuator war kaputt. Habe gegen gebrauchten ausgewechselt. Mit offener Tuer getestet: Schloss oeffnet/schliesst mit Fernbedienung und mit Knopf von innen.
Tuer zugemacht: Kann nicht mehr oeffnen. Schloss klickt immer noch 'auf/zu', aber weder aussen Tuergriff noch innen Tuergriff oeffnet Tuer.
Habe die Verkleidung abbauen koennen.
An Seilen ziehen: nichts.
Alle moeglichen Hebel versucht zu bewegen: nichts.
Konnte eine der beiden seitlichen Schrauben vom Schloss rausmachen (mit hinterer Tuer offen).
Brauche dringend Hilfe!!!!
The power look actuator on the driver side was bad on my 1999 Passat. Got a working used one.
Installed. Tested with door open. Works. Great.
Closed door.
No can't open neither with inside door handle nor outside door handle. Locks with remote and push botton.
Even managed to get the inside panel off with the door closed.
But stays locked, no matter what I try.
Was able to get one of the 2 triple square bolts off the lock (rear side of door, opening the rear door to get to it).
Spent hours trying to move levers, pulley on wires. Nothing.
NEED HELP, SUGGESTIONS, TIPS URGENTLY.
