Passat Variant vs. Audi A6 Avant

Hello!
New to the forum, and ill use english - beacus i cant handle German that good Didnt find a english-forum. Hope u can help me!!

I wonder, wich one of A6 Avant and Passat Variant has the biggest space in the back. Anyone got measurements?

Im lookin for a car wich i can bring my 2 Schäfers in. Using an old Volvo 740 at the moment, but it has to go

I would prefer buying the Passat, but if the Audi has a bigger trunk (?) then ill by it.

The A6 Avant is bigger than the Passat.

A6 (4B) Trunk volume: 455 l

The Audi trunk is bigger? Did I've found the wrong data?

As far as I know, the Passat has the bigger trunk... But I'm not sure at all...
In the end there is no big difference.

The A6 B4 has definatly the more bigger Thrunk..my Father owned such an A6...

The Thrunk has lot more Space in any direction...

Yes, i ment two Shepherd dogs

But the Variant looks som much bigger? Our A6 -96 is not big enough for the dogs. Or it is, but the 2.6 engine is not so economic..

Ive heard that Audi has a 6cm high platform in the trunk, wich Variant doesnt?
And the Variant looks more foursquare. Arent there any sketches, where you can se measurement?

Im a owner of a Volvo 740, and my wife owns a A6 avant 1996. But we are using the dogs equally much. So we are abou to buy a car together. Something newer...

as far as i know, is the space in a Ford Mondeo Variant a little bit more bigger than the audi or VW.

cause ur dogs u could also buy a VW Sharan or something like that
