What tires on 8,5 and 9,5x19??

Hello. I just bought some rims in the size 8,5x19 and 9,5x19.
What tires should i use? 225/35-19 and 245/30-19??

Just tell us the Car you want to put on these Wheels...

Normaly you can use 235/35 on all Rims...maybe 225/35 is also possible...on the 9,5x19 too

Oh,i forgot. The car is a passat variant 2001.
I want to stretch the tires a little but i want the same stretch on all tires.

Just tell us also the Engine that ist installed...it is nessesary because of the weight from your Car...

One inch is about 2,54cm...so your Rear Tire has to be round about 2,5cm wider...225 and 245/255 will match nearly perfect...but if you have a TDI or V6 TDI...the 225/35 is not enough...with this Engine you have to use 235/35 minimum...

oh. I got a 1,9tdi.
But here in norway there is a lot of people driving with 225-19" tires on audis.
Is it too much weight for the tires?

You have to look in your Papers whats the max weight at front/rear...the half of this is your weight each Tire
