Help to find VW center caps... ?

Hi

I have brought a set of used wheels for the winter tires,
but I having problems to find 4 new center caps (Radnabenkappen) that will fit for the wheels since 3 out of 4 is broken :evil:

Make: 1000 Miglia
Modell: A1
Size: 7"x16"
ET: 38 mm








I have looked at some OE center caps at: http://www.passatplus.de
but none of them seems to fit.
